Electronic Consent and Disclosure Agreement
Effective Date: 04/14/2026
This Electronic Consent and Disclosure Agreement ("E-Consent") describes how Cash Advance by JST Inc. may provide records and disclosures electronically. By selecting consent controls, using the Services, or proceeding through digital workflows, you agree to receive covered records electronically to the extent permitted by law.
1. Scope of Electronic Records
Covered records may include these Terms, Privacy Policy, consent logs, support communications, request confirmations, adverse-use notifications, regulatory disclosures, and other records related to your use of Loan App: Cash Advance by JST. If you continue with a third-party lender, that lender may issue separate disclosures under its own electronic consent rules.
2. Electronic Delivery Methods
Records may be delivered by email, in-app display, web portal access, downloadable PDF, or other legally acceptable digital methods. Records are deemed delivered when sent to your designated electronic address or made available in a manner reasonably accessible to you.
3. Hardware and Software Requirements
- Internet-connected device capable of secure browsing.
- Current browser version with JavaScript and TLS support.
- Valid email address and ability to access that email account.
- Ability to open PDF and HTML documents.
- Sufficient storage or printing capability to retain records.
4. Consent to Electronic Signatures
Where permitted, electronic signatures, checkbox acknowledgments, typed signatures, and click-to-accept actions may have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures. You agree not to dispute enforceability solely because records or signatures were electronic.
5. Paper Copy Requests
You may request paper copies of covered records where available. Reasonable fees may apply when permitted by law. To request copies, contact support@cashadvancebyjst.com and provide identifying details sufficient to locate the relevant record.
6. Withdrawing E-Consent
You may withdraw E-Consent by contacting us through available support channels. Withdrawal is effective prospectively and does not invalidate records already delivered electronically. Withdrawal may limit your ability to continue certain online features or workflows.
7. Contact Information Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your email and other contact information accurate and current. We are not responsible for nondelivery caused by invalid addresses, full inboxes, spam filtering, or account-level access issues outside our control.
8. Record Retention by You
You should retain copies of all important records, including legal disclosures and transaction confirmations. We recommend downloading or printing records immediately after receipt in case later access is unavailable.
9. Security and Unauthorized Access Risks
Electronic delivery introduces risks associated with device compromise, account takeover, malware, and interception. You agree to maintain reasonable security controls, including strong passwords, device locks, and prompt reporting of suspected unauthorized activity.
10. Communications from Third Parties
Third-party lenders and partners may use separate systems, disclosures, and notice methods. This E-Consent applies only to Company-controlled Services and does not replace third-party consent agreements you may accept elsewhere.
11. Revocation, Modification, and Survival
We may update this E-Consent to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise required by law. Provisions regarding record validity and prior electronic delivery survive termination of Service access.
